About Me

Hello, I’m Emma a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Food is one of my greatest passions and I am an enthusiastic advocate of its ability to help us be the best we can be by nourishing our bodies, our relationships and our communities.

Food is vital to our survival, but beyond survival we want to thrive. When we eat the foods most appropriate for our specific needs we are nourished more wholly. There is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to nutrition, we are all individuals and require a personalised approach. I work with my clients on a one-to-one basis to investigate what their nutritional needs are and how these needs can be best served. Nutritional therapy has plenty to offer.

In the busy world we live in we so often become tired rushing around trying to complete a never-ending to do list. I especially enjoy working with clients to help them re-establish balance in their lives and reconnect with their needs and how best to meet them.

After working in the clothing industry for many years I grew tired of the hectic daily routine and decided to explore a new career, one I hoped would provided me with opportunities to make a positive contribution to my community. Having always had a keen interest in food as medicine, Nutritional Therapy was an obvious choice for me. I enrolled at the College of Natural Medicine (CNM) where I completed a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.  I thoroughly enjoyed my time at CNM where I learnt so much, and everyday I am grateful that I can continue to study this fascinating subject alongside my clients.
